How we handle your data

The short of it: we keep what an account and a regulator require, and we do not sell any of it.

What gets recorded

• Sign-up details: name, date of birth, email, address and currency.
• Verification files, when a check is triggered.
• Money movements: deposits, payouts, stakes and bonuses.
• Technical traces: IP address, device, browser, pages opened.

Why

To run the account and settle bets. To confirm your age. To meet anti money laundering duties. To spot fraud and duplicate accounts. To answer you. Marketing goes only to people who asked for it and always carries a way out.

Who else sees it

Payment providers, verification services, game studios and hosting see the part their job needs. Nothing is sold on. A regulator or court sees material only where the law requires it.

Cookies

Session cookies hold your login between pages, preference cookies remember your language and currency, measurement cookies show which parts of the site get used. Block them if you wish, though a blocked session cookie means the login will not stick.

How long it is kept

Account and transaction records last as long as licensing and anti money laundering rules require, counted from the day the account closes. Correspondence lasts while the matter is open. Technical logs are discarded quickly.

Your rights

Ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion where no legal duty stops us. Refuse marketing. Have processing paused while a dispute runs. Write from your registered address to [email protected] and we answer inside a month.

Security

Traffic is encrypted, passwords are stored hashed and internal access is limited to staff who need it. Use a password you use nowhere else and turn on two factor authentication.

Under 18

The site is not for minors. An underage account is closed, deposits returned and winnings voided.
